Please read these Terms and Conditions ("the Conditions") carefully before entering any Contract of Sale with Sinus Health Center. You may print and keep a copy of them for your reference. Your attention is drawn to Conditions 9 and 10, which exclude or limit Sinus Health Center's liability to the customer.

2. Prices

All product prices shown on the Sinus Health Center website are stated exclusive of VAT.

3. Delivery and Charges

We deliver throughout the world. Due to reasons of security and potential fraud we do not despatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels, and Motels etc.

Sinus Health Center reserves the right to levy a charge of 15% of the order value on orders that are cancelled after despatch to cover administration, shipping and handling. This will also apply to items not collected from the postal service we use. If you do not receive your order within 15 days of payment you can request a full refund.

4. Ordering

You can order products online at the Sinus Health Center website following the ordering process.

When you order online you will be asked to check all your order details before placing your order by clicking on the 'Purchase Now' button. Once you have ordered on-line, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.

5. Payment

We accept the following methods of payment online:

Via googlecheckout secure payments - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Euro Card, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.

Via Paypal - Paypal accounts and credit and debit cards.

Orders using these payment methods are processed immediately.

6. Your Right to Cancel the Contract

When you purchase goods from the Sinus Health Center website you will be entering into a distance-selling contract with us.

You have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

In such cases and, provided the goods are received according to our Returns Procedure, we will reimburse the cost of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation being made.

7. Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods supplied, please email us via our contact page, or telephone customer services on +44 (0) 207 443 5512. We will deal with the matter in a  ccordance with your legal rights.

8. Security

When you enter any personal details on the Sinus Health Center website you will be entering a completely secure environment. When purchasing goods by credit or debit card your details are encrypted and sent via a secure link to be authorised by the appropriate card issuer. You will need to re-enter your card details for each new order you place.
