Shipping and Handling

We always ship first class by USPS in the US and Royal Mail in the UK and EU which usually translates into 3-4 days for US and UK orders and often about 4-6 days for European continental orders. If you wish a different shipping option or a destination outside US, Canada, UK, or Europe please indicate this in your order and we'll make sure any applicable extra charges (if there are any) are ok with you before we ship.

Guarantee

If you are unhappy with our products for any reason you can return them for a full refund within 30 days (less shipping) or you can trade for a different product. Products must be unopened and unused unless defective. Each product has a separate manufacturers guarantee, for example Hydromed guarantees the Dr. Grossan Hydropulse for 1 year from the date of purchase. We rarely have returns as we only choose effective and well designed products with a solid reputation from medical specialists. We work hard to keep our customers happy so if you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we'll see what we can do on an individual basis.
