We ship first class by USPS for orders in the USA and Canada & Royal Mail for orders placed in the UK and Europe. This typically translates into 4-5 business days for US, Canadian, and UK orders and typically about 5-8 days for continental European orders. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason you can return them for a full refund within 30 days (less shipping) or you can trade for a different product. Products must be unopened and unused unless defective. Each product has a separate manufacturers guarantee, for example Hydromed guarantees the Dr. Grossan Hydropulse for 1 year from the date of purchase. We rarely have returns as we only choose effective and well designed products with a solid reputation from medical specialists. We work hard to keep our customers happy so if you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we'll see what we can do on an individual basis.

Our Mission
Our focus is on providing proven products created by leading specialist physicians that relieve and resolve health conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat such as chronic sinusitis, as well as migraine and cluster headaches.
